Do you ship internationally or to freight forwarders?
No. Our official ToughGuardGear website is intended for customers within the United States. We do not offer shipping to international addresses or freight forwarding agencies. Orders placed with such destinations will be canceled.

Will everything in my order arrive at the same time?
Gear items are often shipped separately from apparel and accessories as they may require different handling. As a result, packages from a single order may arrive on slightly different days.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. To start a return, please log into your account on toughguardgear.com.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To begin, visit our Returns page on toughguardgear.com. Enter your order number and other required information, select the item(s) for return or exchange, and complete the online process. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be received and processed at our facility. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

My item is defective. What should I do?

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Yes. We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors at no additional cost. Please start the exchange process through the Returns page on toughguardgear.com. Please note that we cannot currently facilitate exchanges for different widths.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Why is there a charge on my card if my order hasn’t shipped?
The charge you see is likely a pre-authorization hold, a temporary hold to ensure funds are available. Your card is not charged until the order ships. If your order is not completed, this hold will be released by your bank according to their policy, typically within 2-10 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the delivery address at the time of checkout. The final order total will reflect the applicable taxes.

Do you accept international credit cards?
No. At this time, our website only accepts credit cards issued by U.S. banks with U.S. billing and shipping addresses.
