We want you to be completely satisfied with your ToughGuardGear purchase. Our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience should your gear not meet your expectations.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most new, unworn items within 60 days from the date your order was delivered. All items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain final sale items, including but not limited to personalized products, masks, and select clearance merchandise.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please log into your account on toughguardgear.com and visit the “Order History” section. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the guided steps to generate your return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send any items back to us without first obtaining a return authorization through our online portal, as unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
After You Ship Your Return
Once we receive your return at our facility, our team will inspect it. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed after it arrives. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete. For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return is approved. We will notify you via email with the new tracking information.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear on your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after we have processed the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team immediately through the chat function on toughguardgear.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
